Where on the hat can you print my design?
Front panel is standard. We can also print on the side, back, or under the bill depending on the hat style and your design. Send us your artwork at checkout or by phone and we'll confirm the best placement and size for your specific hat.
Do you make custom hats for kids?
Yes. We offer custom kids hats sized down for younger heads — trucker hats, dad caps, and snapbacks in youth fits. Same fast turnaround as adult hats.
Can I see the printed hat mockup first?
Yes. We send a digital mockup showing your design positioned on the actual hat style and color you ordered, so you can preview how the curved front panel affects size and placement. If you're ordering online, leave a note at checkout. By phone or email, just tell your agent.
Do you ship custom hats nationwide?
Yes. We ship custom hats to all fifty states. Hats are packed in shape-protecting cartons so they arrive without crown crush or brim damage. Local Los Angeles pickup available at our South Broadway shop.
